MINDWAVE is a digital platform that elevates and promotes mindfulness practices to those who require de-stressing and regulating emotions with the help of

Neuro-Linguistic programming, also known as NLP.

 

Mindfulness is a powerful technique for stress reduction, emotional regulation, and overall well-being, and NLP is a technique that helps to enhance self-awareness by changing thoughts and behaviour to help individuals achieve their desired outcomes.

 

MINDWAVE seeks to engage the audience to practise mindfulness with NLP (Neilsen 2021) to improve mental well-being by making mindfulness intensive, engaging, and effective for users of all backgrounds.
